He was baptized by the name Christian Francis Tolentino Regencia at the Holy Cross Parish church.
He is the youngest among the four children of Mr. Fausto Manzano Regencia (deceased) and Mrs. Corazon Tolentino Regencia. He spent his elementary education at Sta. Cruz South Central School, Sta.Cruz Institute for secondary level and his college life at Mount St. Aloysius College Seminary, Gumaca, Quezon in 2003-2004. On September 30,2009, he was ordained as a priest at Holy Cross parish Sta. Cruz, Marinduque. As a priest, he was first assigned as assistant parish priest at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, Malibago. Then, last June 2011 he was assigned as the new director of OMPSA in lieu of Fr. Martin Puertollano Jr. who was sent by Bishop Rey to study. Fr. Christian Francis Regencia is a good volleyball player. He loves singing and Side A is his favorite singer.
Aside from being a priest, he wants also to be a radio announcer in which he practice during his theology years in St. Alphonsus Regional Seminary in Lucena. As director of OMPSA, he dreams to give quality education to the students, to complete the school facilities and to have disciplined students. He is strict in the implementation of the school rules and regulation but if you’ll know him better, you will find out that he is jolly, cheerful and friendly to everyone. "Poverty is not a hindrance to success", said Fr. Christian. Determination is one of the key to reach our goals in life, he added. He advised us to use our time wisely because every minute counts. Since his ordination, he said that his time is no longer for himself but for the service of others and for the whole community of God.
